Best summer dress!
So glad I ordered this dress! Itâs super comfortable and goes to the ankle on me and Iâm short so usually everything is dragging. I ordered another since I love the fit and style so much. I wore it to a graduation party with a Jean jacket. Iâll wear the second one to a bridal shower.

Comfy and vibrant
I absolutely LOVE this dress. I am wearing a size smaller than normal and it stays up so well. The smocking around the bust does not creep. It stays in place. Love the color and very comfy!

This is going to be EVERYTHING you need to know about this dress and sizing before buying! Plus, pros and cons +. Read this, and youâll be fine with your decision.*************************************************I paid $25 and change on some sort of sale here on this dress (the print I got), and thatâs exactly what I feel that the item received is worth. I will explain myself about this. You may make an exception. I personally, would NOT pay full price for this item. Itâs very cute, fits great, and I like it a lot, but a couple of things.1) Iâve been shopping my whole life, and I consider myself to be a fabulous bargain shopper. Iâve bought and sold on eBay since 1999, and for this dress, the quality is about a $20 dress, but since it has a lovely print, $25 was ok to me, since I really like the style. Now back up at $40? Not worth it, FOR ME.. based on a dress that I could find for $40 in a nearby store in NY here, if that makes sense. It only has one light layer.. it is not at all lined like some other summer dresses from here at the same exact price point, but still- itâs cute! The $15 leeway is dependent on the person. Climate doesnât hurt either. If you live in Florida, you can wear this much more than here.2) at least for some of us, winter is coming. Iâm in NY, so I may have one occasion to wear this, so here, any summer items are on sale in the stores, so these should be on sale, in my opinion, like right now, too. Like just in general, due to the seasons, but I guess thatâs up to the seller. I donât know why the one I bought is full price now. I always discount seasonal clothing I sell on eBay.I guess the prices on here can fluctuate, too, since I did get an almost $15 discount, so do look back and maybe you to will get lucky and save some $ like I did. Itâs very lightweight, thin material, so you wonât be able to wear it in colder states and countries, anyhow, for long.You could definitely pair this up with a trendy jean jacket, but your legs will still be cold, brrr ð¥¶, due to the thinner material. Iâll hang it up for next year. I paid a fair price, but thatâs what itâs worth, in my very experienced opinion. Had it been lined, etc, Iâd give more leeway for the $40 tag, but if you still wish to spend it, maybe you arenât as avid of a sale shopper, or donât have a ton of malls nearby to buy clothing at.. this may be ok for you to spend the money on. If you are satisfied.. fine! Iâm just letting you know going in, my point of view and info. About the dress you are buying. I like another color too, but itâs not on sale.If you love this dress you canât get it outta your head (Iâm a girl, too- been there), it may also prove to be worth full price, cause you just gotta have it. I just wanna give as much info. As I possibly can for you gals. Our money is precious! (So is our style, I know.)I do love the dress for like a warm summer night or trek to the beach or a hot day at the mall, a trip to the local pool or summer festival, but it could use a liner, for sure. It would not be as high of a rating at a heftier price tag. Just being honest. This is from my own point of view, for me.I thought the dress print I got might be nice for Thanksgiving, but it will be WAY too cold to wear then. It is really cute, but to me.. not worth $40.It falls perfectly at my lower ankle with my bare feet without any sandals on, and Iâm 5â6ââ tall. The model.. not sure of her height, but it falls longer on me then her in the photo, and itâs PERFECT for my height, like it was made for me.The one thing I wish is that they extended the elastic down just a couple inches more, to add some shape to it, and to you. I pull the dress down so youâre seeing more cleavage, but Iâm fighting to have some kind of waistline in this.This is a super common problem with smocked dresses. I never understood it.. give a girl some more shape, and extend the smocking down just a bit, and it would add a feminine curve there. Iâd appreciate that. This one isnât AS short of an elastic panel as some I have owned, but thereâs still room for improvement. (3 inches would be purrrfect), but I do have to pull it down to get any hint of a waist curve. Itâs so easy for them to do.. I donât know why they donât. It would look much more sexy, yet still demure, if u get what I am saying.Anyway, itâs light, itâs airy, I like the ruffles on the particular dress that I purchased. Itâs fun and unique, and on sale itâs a pretty darned good deal. Not the best Iâve ever gotten, but to the average person.. yes! So I do recommend it, Iâm just wanting to give you all the information I can before your purchase.As far as sizingâ¦ thatâs very easy with this garment. The smocked top is very stretchy, and will expand to either fit a small or a larger bussom. Donât bother sizing up for that, unless you are super huge on top. Iâm 34DD, and the small fits A-OK ðð».The waist and hips are free, since the dress is flowing, you have tons of leeway there, as well. You can lose weight, gain weight, even get pregnant, and this dress will still fit you!Iâm 127lbs, and 5â6ââ tall, for reference. Very nice dress – purple color is a little shiny though
Love the dress and fits true to size. I’ve noticed I have to size up on a lot of skirts or dresses sold through Amazon. I’m a small according to the size chart, but I ordered medium just because I didn’t want it to be too small around my largest part (hips)! The medium fits with plenty of room and I’m going to keep it, but a small probably would have been a better choice (I’m 5’3 and my hips are 39.5″). Length lands right above ankles so a it’s a maxi for me, which is what I wanted. The only thing I didn’t care for is that the fabric (on the plain purple color) is kind of “shiny.” That’s the best way I can describe it. It’s otherwise pretty. I bought 2 of these dresses, one patterned and one plain. I like the blue & white floral patterned one better because the fabric doesn’t have that shiny look I’m referring to. You could roll the top down and wear these as skirts so they are versatile! If they went on sale, I’d buy a couple more. I think they are too expensive (for the quality). For example, they do not even have the rubbery stuff on the top to help hold the dress up like you would normally find on a strapless dresses. They have shirring with elastic thread, but not that extra row of rubber or anything across the top to keep it from sliding down like you’d normally see in addition to shirring in this price range. It’s easy enough to come up with your own solution for that, but it’s just an example of why it seems a little overpriced to me.

PERFECT!!!
I absolutely love this dress and will order more in different colors and patterns. I was skeptical to order a printed pattern, (I am 5’9″, curvy) but the floral green is just as pictured. The aqua and orange colors are perfect for Summer and it is very flattering. I also ordered the solid army green and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the color! (Again, color is true to the picture.) The fit of both dresses are true to size. I am a L/XL (I purchased XL. I could have probably worn either, but the XL will be fine.) The material is quality, and it will be nice and light for hot days. Great with flip-flops, or sandals. I can’t wait to buy it in other colors!

Wish I could love it
Wish it didnât wrinkle so much. Material should be lighter weight. Provides nice coverage. The elastic part is tight enough you might not need a bra depending on you chest size. Looks pretty but not what expected.

Usually XL, but L fit
Bought this for Easter. Iâm 5â4â, 207, 42C. Iâd say most of the time Iâm an XL but other reviews said to size down so I went with the L and it fits very nicely. Putting a short sleeve white cardigan with it. Material is soft, lightweight but I donât think itâs see-through. Color is true to what is pictured.

Color not accurate
The dress is very flattering! However, I expected the color of the dress to be tan with floral pattern and it was more a light pink and lighter blue flowers. I would have liked the advertised colors better.

This was a disappointing purchase. The picture and description are not at all what the product actually is. The material is so cheap , like something from a halloween costume. The style is nice and fits well but unfortunately isnât worth the money.

Die QualitÃ¤t finde ich schlecht. FÃ¼hlt sich wie Plastikkunststoff an. Kleid ohne Etikett, keine GrÃ¶Ãenangabe. Die Taille ist viel zu hoch (mittig der Brust) und an der HÃ¼fte zu schmal. Das Kleid sÃ¤umt sich an den HÃ¼ften.Die GrÃ¶Ãe entspricht wohl der GrÃ¶Ãe Null. Ich bekam Preisnachlass um den RÃ¼ckversand zu vermeiden.Das Kleid habe ich gespendet.

This was extremely poorly made. The edges for the exposed ruffles is finished very poorly. As well, the dress puckers between ruffle sections so you look like a warped, flower covered candy wrapper. It is almost like there wasn’t enough fabric and they forced it to work. Thus far, no response from the company for a refund and it has been far beyond the three mark. Don’t be fooled by the picture, and don’t waste your money.
