Definitely not silk
I’m not really sure how they can say this is a silky shirt when silk and polyester are two totally different things. I have plenty of silk shirts, 100% silk and the feel of them is nothing like this one. I have owned black silk shirts in the past and I have never overheated but the one time I have worn this one I felt a little warm. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to wear it in mid summer but I do really love the shirt. Maybe it’ll be a nice shirt for spring or fall and in the evenings when it’s not very hot. The quality seems spot on so I can’t fault them for that but anyone that knows silk would definitely know the difference.

Comfortable, fits to size
TL:DR – This is a comfortable and nice looking casual short with a subtle pattern and silky appearaance. Fit true to size.I wasn’t expecting much with this shirt, but was pleasantly surprised! It came in the standard shirt shipping bag and arrived quickly.I was expecting something akin to a “hawaiian” style, but found a subtle patterned flower design. I like that design as well as the “silky” feel and shiny appearance. Although it’s a short sleeve, it matches the appearance of a few of my better long sleeve shirts that I wear under a blazer for dressier occassions.The fit is true to size, although I have larger shoulders, making the design slightly snug there. Not a deal breaker, just be aware.
