These shorts run true to size and are well made. They washed and dried easily with no problems. My husband says they are soft and very comfortable. They are also plenty stretchy. But they are also just as stretchy in the waistband too, so he wears a belt with them just to be safe. Overall, nice comfy shorts for lots of activities.

Lightweight and comfortable, fit like a glove
I’ve been slowly replacing my current wardrobe of shorts and pants because my regular size has been getting way too loose on me. After a bunch of trial and error, I got my properly-sized pants down pat, but finding optimally-sized shorts has been harder to come by. Different brands vary wildly in size to me for some reason, and I’ve been forced to pay more attention to inseam and hip length. After trying these shorts out, I think I’ve found just the right size as well as a new “go-to” brand. I like pretty much everything about these shorts. The materials feel great, and I love how light they feel on me. On pants, I think the sweet spot of elastane is between 2% and 4%. So at 10%, I thought it would be way too much on shorts… but after trying them out, I don’t have any issues. The waist has a good amount of stretch, and it neither feels too constricting or so loose that they’ll fall without a belt. For cargo shorts, I typically don’t like larger bellow pockets. I like their look, but they quickly get ugly the bulkier they get, imo. The ones here on these shorts are a good size for me. Also, one of the signs of a cheap pair of shorts are small belt loops. These shorts definitely don’t have that issue, in fact they seem to be longer than normal. So I like that a lot. One last great thing, they have excellent, deep front pockets. I can throw my phone in either one and there will be plenty of room to spare. My only complaint is I wish they had more variations. At the moment, they only have one other color I’m interested in… the army green color. It would be nice if they had a darker grey as well as a navy blue… I’d definitely order those. 5/5 stars.

Good shorts for sports
These are a deep black color and very stretchy. They have six pockets. The back pocket is a zip pocket. It will not quite hold my phone, but it will hold a wallet. There are two slash pockets at the side, and two cargo pockets with Velcro. There is an unusual pocket sort of half inside the right slash pocket. In the description, it says there are two back pockets, but it doesn’t mention this pocket. The pictures, however, shows this pocket. They call it a cell phone pocket. I have a plus size Galaxy phone, and it fits perfectly, with a little of the top sticking out, but secured by the corner of the slash pocket. It is easy to remove your phone but seems to be protected from falling out by the other pocket. I am 6’1″ and 185 lbs. I ordered a 34, which is my regular size. They fit as they should. I ordered these to play golf and do other summer activities, and these are going to be good for that. They will see a lot of wear.

Overall, I like these golf shorts. They are very lightweight; I wore them recently on the course on the hottest day of the year so far and they were nice for keeping me cool. They were a little too large and I had to wear a belt with them, which is why I didn’t give them five stars.
