In my experience the shorts were sized correctly.
Not sure why this happened. But for some reason… So I was looking for shorts in my size. Which is a men’s 32 waist. And after I put the size into the drop down menu a notice appeared that said that based on my given size of 32 that most customers were reporting the size 34 fit them better. So having ordered clothes that were made in China before and seeing just how small their sizing can be sometimes I believed them. I purchased the 34’s and I am very sorry that I did. Because The 32’s would have fit me much better like I would have expected them to. The 34’s REQUIRE me to wear a belt with them or they will literally fall right off me. I don’t always want to HAVE to wear a belt with shorts but now I do. My only other minor complaint. And this really is trivial. But there is a zipper on the right cargo pocket. It appears to be there only for the “look”. There is NO POCKET associated with this zipper. It is above the Cargo Pocket which functions totally normal. And the zipper does open and close but there is nothing inside the zipper. No pocket. I say skip the silly zipper if you aren’t going to give it it’s own pocket and charge me a dollar less for the shorts. It’s like adding pocket flaps to a shirt with no pockets. Or adding a zipper in the seat of your pants that doesn’t actually open your pants. Or attaching a water hose to a garden rake. There is no purpose fort this. Gluing a fork to a dinner plate. Why? But like I said it’s really not a big deal. I do LOVE THE SHORTS. They are VERY STYLIN AND PROFILING… Love the color and they way they feel. So Still FIVE STARS… But I’m just saying….

These are nice shorts, my husband likes them, but they do run a little small. And they do have a weird zipper with no pocket that is really no big deal. They don’t stretch out really easy and they’re good quality so I do recommend. I ordered only one pair to make sure the fit was good and glad I did. I have already ordered several more pairs in a 36 instead of 34. Much better.

Nice look but lousy quality
I like the shorts but a few things are unusual. You cannot button the back pockets because the buttons are MUCH bigger than the button holes. There is a zippered “pocket” on the right leg that is not actually a pocket. It opens but it is just a zipper something like a Michael Jackson jacket. The fly button fell off after about 8 weeks, I had to have it put back on.
