Oddly thin material
But it lays well, is totally wrinkle free, and actually GREAT.The ‘hidden elastic waistband’ works off the pocket- so it really is hidden. This is like rental tuxedo pants.

Good comfortable shorts
I like wearing golf shorts like these on a daily basis during the summer because they are lightweight, and they are comfortable to wear in the heat of South Florida. These shorts fit to size and have elastic in the waistband so that they stretch and conform to you. As long as you are near your normal size these have enough give in them that they should fit you well.The only downside I found to these shorts is the pocket on one side. The right side has an extra pocket opening, which I’m assuming is for your change or phone? But having two pocket openings on the one side just makes that side look strange and causes the pocket to hang differently. Other than that, these shorts are soft, comfortable, and stretchy so they fit me perfectly.

Love the Elastic Waistband
I wouldn’t put these in the casual work shorts group. They are a bit too short for work for me. I’m a slight taller than some; 6’1″They fit as expected. No loose fibers or frayed fabric after a couple of washes.The elastic waistband is great so it stretches when I sit down. Pretty wrinkle resistant too, as I don’t like iron.
